Human Nat and Human Andy were still at University at the time and if you don't believe we're that old, you may still find some old links out there pointing to ucunix.san.uc.edu/~waltza that proves that we did indeed exist back then. Around 1996 we found out that we could pay someone for internet service and in the package get some more space for web content so RAPT moved to w3.one.net/~ratz. In 1998 the humans, being geeks as they were, contemplated "the coolest rat site on the web." It was all contemplation: Human Nat couldn't actually convince anyone to model our chewed up clothing for RatDesigns.com for free.

In 1999 the Humans registered ratballs.com and from that point on, Human Nat maintained the RAPT web page and Human Andy was awarded the task of paying the bills and picking up ze raisins.

Anyway, this not-so-newsworthy page contains a partial replica of the original Rats Are People Too....at least the way it looked in 1999...and including links to those pages that have been with us all this time.
